As an individual who is pushing for self-growth, with an open vision to entertain great ideas in other to be someone better, you need to be inspired and change the way you reason your career or your personal life. Same routine every day could reduce growth.
For example "Mr. Friday, who wakes up every Monday to Saturday as early as possible to work, and has been doing the same thing for 7 years now in one organization and he so comfortable with it for as long as little change is entering the account by month end, and compare Mr. Julius who reads and employ new strategies on ways to improve himself and his business as an employer of labour and earns 5 times what Mr. Friday earns a month. Self-development and strategic measures implemented is the clear difference. One is achieving the dream of someone else and the other his achieving his dream.
At this point there is no way Mr. Friday can never catch up with Mr. Julius, except he practices the same self-development and aim for a greater height. In building yourself you need to understand who you are, set achievable goals for yourself and look for the gaps and acquire skills or knowledge that will help you achieve these goals.
